Finally someone to tell.... So, recently got my license back from the DVLA, been on a 12 month walking holiday due to a drink drive conviction, not BIG and not CLEVER - and having to walk, taxi and replace a car that wasn't mine.. I thought the hard part had been done... Yeah Yeah I know m it's called DENIAL! Anyway.. The big day arrived, got my license back and the first thing I did was pick up the phone to get insured and get back on the road. .. that was after a short little dance and me screaming FREEDOM like William Wallace in Brave heart .... all those years ago.... OK, lets fast forward... first 2 quotes £2500, £2900 and I was well an truly thinking driving is for rich people only.... Last chance, my GF's insurance... get me on as a nominated driver... Clever thinking BATMAN! OK OK, if your going to rob me ELEPHANT CAR INSURANCE, at least put a gun to my head!!! £6000.00 Enter Complete Car Group.... Called , Jay answered, friendly chap, got the impression he was a Tottenham supporter, keep it on the low low that I supported Arsenal... He might stiff me with higher insurance, it runs deep in North London... Anyway, 2 hours later, a couple of clarification questions, easy portal to access and upload documents on and I walked out the flat, down to the car and enjoyed a drive for the 1st time in 12 months. So to recap: Jay is my new best friend! No waiting time on phone. The process and policy T&C clearly explained. Even took a couple of extra bits if cover that I thought would be super handy, i.e. Key Cover, Hire Car etc Extremely competitive quote...I even got my GF added, She cancelled her ELEPHANT policy and is now also a happy customer. 5 star guys....
