People often say that you only know how good your insurance is when you need it, well we needed it almost 3 weeks ago when we had a massive blow out on A1M, We made 1 call that was answered almost immediately and the call handler was very prompt in the way he dealt with the situation and had someone out to replace the tyre and get us on our way in under 2 hours. Whilst we were waiting we had 3 welfare/safety calls to keep us informed and check we were okay. My wife and I were/are extremely grateful and thankful for the efficiency of Ripe insurance.
