Smart saver easy to use

Opened smart saver easily. Able to add money and get prompt notifications. Easy to connect to current account. Decent interest rate and like monthly interest. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Easy to use

Opened an account by down loading app and linking to my Current account. Quick and easy. Only transferred a small amount to start with as I had never used an app like this before. Everything went smoothly, just as advised, and am now confident and l am earning a better rate on my savings. Recommend to my son and he is using as well. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Easy to speak to a real person

Third year renewal of student insurance. No problems but third year renewal premium was inflated by over £100. When phoned through to query huge increase, call was answered quickly and premium reviewed and reduced to last year's price as no claims had been made. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
