Simple, easy to do business with and very helpful!

First year with One Call and they have been excellent. We had a bit of a hiccup with an incorrectly registered claim from many years ago that they highlighted, and our previous insurer provided a letter confirming we hadn't made a claim, and they sorted it out quickly and easily, being friendly and helpful throughout.
