I have taken out a lifetime policy for my rescue dog Jess with The Insurance Emporium for the past 2 years. Unfortunately we have had to make claims in both years for Vet and Orthopaedic Specialist appointments and treatments. Although the aforementioned were slow in completing the required paperwork, once submitted to The Insurance Emporium they kept us posted every step of the way and we received payment incredibly quickly. Very streamlined process and would highly recommend to other pet owners. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
