Brilliant Customer Service, so kind and helpful.

One Call Insurance really did come to my rescue, twice! Once I explained what had happened Brad and Amanda my One Call Insurance Reps acted very quickly to get the help and assistance I needed. It was tricky because on this particular weekend there were long wait times due to the service being busier than normal and overstretched. I was told 2-6hrs waiting for Breakdown. Brad and Amanda did the best they could given limited Recovery Agents to call upon, but through care for me and the dilemmas I was facing they went above and beyond to get me the help I needed as quickly as possible. I can't thank them enough.They were my lifeline and made a horrible situation better because they knew their job, were proactive and efficient and because they cared. It took me two days to get home in the end but Brad and Amanda courtesy of One Call Insurance made all the difference to the final outcome. Thankyou One Call Insurance.
