Excellent customer service.

Never had any issues ringing up Endsleigh when I have queries. I recently changed cars and was so simple to ring up and change the car, with only a small charge to the premium. Also like the online service where I can see all my documents and policy. I always find though that the renewal price is more than the price off comparison websites, but when i rang up at renewal time and examined this the price was matched (even though same company) and this made the renewal easy as it was all over the phone.
