Bad customer service

Terrible customer service on phonelines. Very unhelpful. Was a few days outside my cooling off period and they wouldn’t reduce the fee from £50 to £25 as it would have been if I was in the cooling off period regardless of the fact I had been a customer for many years. Obviously don’t value customers. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
