My community bank provides great interest rates compared to other providers, as well as giving a top notch level of customer service - hence why I keep using them every year as i renew my fixed rates with them - would not go elsewhere now Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Great experience of switching my home insurance

Was frustrated to find that my Home Insurance renewal had gone up by 30%, so did a comparison, and found Policy Expert came up trumps, not only on cost, but what was included within it. Also due to my fault with the excess figure, having already taken it out, I then phoned them and asked them to readjust it, which resulted in a lower annual payment required, which they immediately refunded back to me. The customer service given was fantastic - polite, quick and gave a great impression of the company Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
