Exceptional customer service experience

My experience of contacting the company to make a claim,for a first timer was terrifying, however the way I was treated by the team and been kept informed all through the process and the promptness with which my claim was dealt with was just mind blowing and exceptional and I won't have any hesitation to recommend the company to anyone.
