A clear winner

You only find a company’s worth when a problem arises. My problem was reported, investigated, help arranged and problem sorted in a quick professional manner. Everyone I communicated with regarding the problem was polite, well spoken, courteous and delightful to speak to. I even had a laugh with the technicians at the point of repair.
