At NHS car park car was under water

Last year as I was at work there was a thunder storm. The car park where mu car was under water after 7 minutes. There was over 100 cars damaged that night . One Call insurance customer service operator was so helpful she couldn't believe her ears what I was saying the nice lady went on the Internet and she was so shocked help . As soon it was save my car was lifted out of the car park inspector went out a few days later . I received a curtesy car for a few days as the inspector made a decision to write of my car off . It was so quick and the staff was so helpful made you feel so relaxed through thus stressful time. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
