Easy claims & various policy types

I've been with BBM for nearly 3 years now. In that time I've had to claim twice. Both times were so easy to do, quickly processed and paid out. My dog required prescription food which I bought from a shop as opposed to the vets as it was cheaper but, when I decided to claim it on insurance, BBM had no issues with paying out despite not buying from the vet, and even when I didn't have full receipts for some of the food! I was expecting them to decline the cost of those bags but was pleasantly surprised when they paid out for the whole lot. In my experience so far, they are fair and trustworthy, doing what seems right for your pet and not focused on making money. Their multiple policy options also make it accessible for everyone to cover their pets, so owners don't have to worry about weighing up their pets health against financial strain.
