Unbelievable policy and claims process

As a dog owner of many years, I've had a number of pet insurance policies. The terms of this policy are by far the best I have ever seen with the excess only being charged once in a year and not per condition. Too good to be true, I'm thinking.... After recently making claims for my dog, I can't believe how easy it was. Various claims were submitted online, I received regular updates by email and the claims paid promptly into my account.
