Good cover, communication and claims turnaround

The cover we have for our three pets is very comprehensive, necessary as two of them are quite elderly. Their communication is always good around claims progress and their response times are fair especially as they have to get records from the vet before concluding a claim. The best pet insurers I have had and I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
