Excellent customer care

We always pay insurance but rarely need it. The thing is when you do you want it to be the best and do what it needs to for you. We had exactly this with our dog Watson who became extremely ill, BOUGHT BY MANY couldn’t have been better, took all the stress away from dealing with the claim and went direct to our vet and just kept updating as and when they had news. No upsetting discussions, no stressy phone calls just a totally empathetic person who did everything and kept in touch. Cannot recommend these guys more fully, they are the best.
