nobody want to be broken into on holiday,but when it happens you expect help from the big names like NATWEST you trust Start with the auto response Cara that not only doesnt understand most questions ,just brings you back to where you started Then NATWEST choose not to answer phone calls on a Tuesday and Thursday and state up to 30 days to respond !! this is a claims department Get more staff ! Then apparenty most of my claim isnt covered as the smashed window in my hire car gave them access to rear of car to access our bags Phoned yesterday to compain and told respond within 8 days to gat an email today stating respond by 12th June NATWEST you are adding to the frustration of a bad experiance formy family Around 40 years banking and now sadly looking elsewhere Hope to keep you posted should NATWEST find time
