Excellent response when we had a problem

We have had cover with the club for all 12+ years of having our van. Last year we had an accident causing damage to both the front and rear corners of the van. Fortunately we found a local repairer who was able to repair the panels very effectively. The club sent an assessor to check on the quote we had and gave the go ahead straight away. To get replacement panels would have taken months!! Reviewed on: 6th October 2023

Problem repair quickly sorted!

Last year we had an accident which damaged both the front and rear corners of the caravan. We thought we would have to wait months for replacement panels but we found a repairer local to us which did a fabulous job to sort the work out. We got a quote for the work and the caravan club appointed assessor agreed with the work being done and knew of the proposed repairers work and was confident they were good. Work done quickly and club settled the bill promptly (net of the excess). We would not consider any other insurance provider- our experience over more than 10 years has been really outstanding. Claim sorted!!

We had an accident with the caravan upcoupling and running off down a private driveway incurring damage to both front and rear corners. We managed to find a local repairer who did the work without replacing the panels of the van (which would have taken months waiting for the parts from adria). Job done and very happy with the result. One quote obtained to get the work done and assessor sent to check our quote. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Excellent cover
