In oppose to companies like Aviva, Endsleigh's online system isn't as practical as it should be. For example, if you'd like to change something in your policy, you'll have to write up an enquiry and wait up to 48 hours for a response – and from my experience, you'll just receive an automated response saying they're unavailable. Hence if you happen to be in a situation where you urgently need to change something, e.g. your car breaks down and instantly replace it, you'll find it difficult to have that instant affect. One way to overcome that is to give them a call during their working hours – but once you're connected, you'll understand that, without a doubt, they have excellent customer service. Endsleigh's recruitment department has done their job well in finding candidates who are well suited in their job. They're very well-mannered, very patient. You get the impression they're properly trained to be operators. Overall, although their customer service is excellent in many ways, their engineering department has room for improvement.
