Excellent customer service

Although, I have not had to make a claim, I have had to amend policy details several times, and each time, the customer service adviser has offered advice to make sure I was getting the right cover. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Great cover from a specialist provider

We have had a campervan for 5 years now, and chose a different (also specialist) provider for the first 2 years. However, their prices increased astronomically, and their customer service was terrible. Caravan Guard has proven to be in a different league - easy application process, reasonably priced quote, and amazing customer service ! Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
