Happy to Recommend One Call Insurance

I've been with One Call Insurance for at least 5 years. They are competitively priced, not the cheapest but offer good value for money. Good customer service and claims service. You get what you pay for as they say! So I am happy to stay with a company that delivers when you need it. Also on they do not charge extra for monthly payments and on the platinum service I have not had a price increase for 5 years. Reviewed on: 24th September 2026

Price Keeps Going Up

Been with DL for three years now, price increases above inflation every year. I have never made a claim! Classic quote a cheap price to get the business then increase every year! I will be finding another insurer at renewal! Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Good Service

Overall a good service and competitive price. I do however not like to be charged for every amendment I make to a policy! Also be interesting to see how competitive these providers when FCA Fair Pricing comes into force on 01/01/2021. as they will no longer be able to apply large discounts to win new customers!
