Very excellent

Dear to whom it may concern, I am writing a review based on a recent renewal car insurance I have made. I was looking for insurance that both had the premium down and the excess. I called the company once I had a quote online however I was still not happy with premium and the excess. I was fortunate enough to speak to Mohammad who dealt very professionally and helped me to get a premium and excess that both I was happy with and very pleased. In the future I want to stay with the company as I got what I was looking for and I am very happy; since last year I paid a lot for my insurance for no reason thats why I left that company too as I was unhappy with the service. But because of Mohammad I want to always stay with this company as I am sure he will always consider my needs and give me the best quote that I am happy with. Mohammad did a very good job I wish all the advisers are like him who keeps the customer in mind by providing excellent service. So I am very happy! Reviewed on: 5th September 2017
