Adaptive and customer focused

I find with my savings accounts that the interest awarded monthly is really helpful as I don’t have to wait until the end of the year. Also, the interest rate has increased frequently with base rate increases, unlike my other high street bank, which hasn’t changed at all. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
