I have insured my home with One Call Insurance for a few years now and have been impressed with the service I have received. Fortunately, I have not had a need to claim but the contact I have have experienced whilst making decisions about my policy have been invaluable. I have had a savings account with Ford Money and have always found them to be very pro active, when the BoE increase interest rates they normally raise their savings quickly. The communication I receive is always relevant without bombarding the customer with advertising emails. They appear to be very customer focused and I would happily recommend them to anybody looking for a savings account. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

I have banked with Santander for many years now, originally with A&L before the takeover, and for a majority of those years I have had very little to complain about. The account pays a competitive interest rate along with cashback on household bills. On the few occasions I have contacted Santander by either phone or email (I don't use social media) the queries have been dealt with and answered promptly, the staff are always friendly and professional. I am also pleased that they have kept my local High Street branch open which is a great bonus when so many are closing. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Professional, friendly company

Have been with One Call for a few years now and whenever I have wanted to talk to an advisor they have always answered swiftly and professionally but with a friendly and caring attitude. Fortunately, I have not had reason to make a claim yet but feel very confident that if I needed to it would be dealt with in a prompt and fair way. Also, even with auto renew, their prices are very competitive, I would rather stay with a company that is fair to its loyal customers than to one that only rewards new applications.
