Dealing with company painful and slow

I have used this company for a number of years but the proof of the pudding is whether or not they cover you and I claimed for the first time this year was disappointed this year to find that the excess is £150 per person not what I understood When I took out the policy. This information was buried in the small print. Making a claim took many many phone calls filling out complex form several times and then at the end of it it couldnt be submitted because they required a doctors certificate. If they told us the doctor certificate was required first off then We would’ve obtained this initially saving us having to repeat the process all again once we had the doctor’s certificate . Obtaining the insurance in the first place also takes a couple of hours to go through all of the forms. overall I’ll be looking for a different company next year Reviewed on: 18th September 2021
