Hassle free claims

Direct Line are the best company I've dealt with when having to make a claim. It was so straightforward and hassle free which made the whole thing so much more less stressful. We simply made a phone call and we were given a like for like model of our tv. The customer services staff were polite, friendly and made sure that everything was dealt with as quickly & efficiently as possible. The best customer services we have dealt with regarding a claim, would thoroughly recommend them. Reviewed on: 8th October 2016
