Looking around what other people have to say about the SLC I have to admit that it makes my skin crawl just going over this again in my mind. These youngsters need a re training OR start looking for jobs that are suitable to their lack of ....pretty much everything! from customer service, to communication, to support to advice an absolute 0. Their department needs to be 'incorporated' with a real adult world and give us a break been over 17 years of age. Unbelievable!!
