Dreadful company. Avoid like the plague

Initially I was impressed with the friendly young girl on the phone. However before ling she was trying to pressure me int cover I did not need. I said I wanted to talk to my kids at which point she said she’d spoken to her sales manager who said I didn’t need to. Wtf?!?! Who do these people think in no they are? Stupidly I took the policy but I went into my bank and cancelled the payment as soon as I could. People should never be made to feel how I get on this call Reviewed on: 21st September 2021
