Friendly, fast and always there.

The staff are ALL friendly, regardless of your situation, helpful and quick to respond in all stages of the support they give. They are understanding and speak to you with care and genuine empathy. I have been a member of a few Credit Unions over the years, but Sheffield CU is, by far, the best. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, whatever their situation and needs. Friendly and helpful always

Each time I speak to a representative at Sheffield Credit Union, the staff are Always helpful and friendly. I’m not brilliant at remembering things and their patience with me is remarkable. They are so tolerant. It’s unusual today, they are a large Credit Union, but have a personal approach that really makes it a joy speaking to them! Reviewed on: 21st September 2021
