I have chosen Policy Expert again for the 3rd year. They helped me understand the claim process last year when I had an underground leak. I started the claim online but was still able to speak to a 'Real Person' when I got upset and confused. Very easy and understanding to deal with. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
