Straight Forward and Clear

The processes of getting a quote is easy and the cover is very clearly stated. No hiding behind conditions or legal jargon. You don't have to go hunting through Terms & Conditions for the "catch", each step and part of the policy is laid out in an accessible and easy to understand format. Best of all (for me), not necessary to talk to anyone on the phone to get the quote and no questions you don't know answers to about the building. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Straightforward Insurance

I've never had any nonsense with Endsleigh--everything is explained clearly and straightforwardly, and customer service has been helpful. You never want to have to cash in your insurance, but when you do, you want to make sure there's no extra hassle when you're already in distress. I've had peace of mind for going on 2 years now and won't be giving that up any time soon! Reviewed on: 27th September 2021
