Experts in technicalities and loopholes but not customer service

Don't bother trying to claim. Made a claim for £235 following a break-in. Excess £150 so sum total of £85 claim. They used technicalities to avoid paying and would rather instruct a surveyor to visit the property at xx cost to support their loop hole rather than pay £85.
