Helpful Call Taker

The call taker advised me that my coverage included legal services and in conversation I explained that my wife had recently sustained a broken hip when nursing staff in the hospital she was in did not raise the rails on the side of her bed. The call taker gave me the number to call from which I got good legal advice. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
