First class service when I needed to post a claim.

I had an accident with one of my hearing aids which could not be repaired by the manufacturer and the model had been superseded by a new version. Saga gave excellent customer service with a minimum of fuss and authorised a replacement pair very quickly. First class service and excellent customer care. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
