Sensitive and efficient

I've been using Petplan for well over ten years and they always pay claims promptly and fairly. They are not cheap, but the peace of mind is worth a lot and its so easy to claim because the vets can send off the forms for you. When my older dog recently died, they sent a message of condolence and adjusted the policy to one dog only without being asked. I'd definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
