If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst car insurance company that I have had the misfortune to deal with. I made a non-fault claim in May 2022. Saga failed to obtain the liability from the other insurer resulting in me having to pay my excess for the repairs! They lost evidence sent to them. They seem to ignore the fact I had a police car right behind me who provided me with all the details I needed for my claim. I have not been kept updated from Saga, despite their boasts that they do. Saga have appeared to just not care. I have formally complained to them and have now referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman (as instructed by their own complaints handler!) So much for caring for older people!! Reviewed on: 13th October 2022
