Review of the Saga, Home insurance:

20 years a customer

Next January will be the 20th anniversary of our becoming Saga customers, when I was finally old enough to insure our new home with them. Since then, thankfully, we haven't had to use their services often, but every time they have come through with flying colours. Their phone helpline agents are calm, clear and reassuring, their contractors turn up promptly and do what they promise. Saga are not the cheapest, but they are, in my opinion, the best value - and the older I get, the more I realise how much that matters. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
