Incredible service for new customer

Insured home with Saga for the first time in 50 years and had leak from water pipe after a few months. Service was incredible. Saga arranged inspection same day with plumber next day to fix leaks. Even cured creaking floorboards! House layout meant lounge and staircase ceiling had to be replaced and totally redecorated and it was all done to fit in with numerous medical appointments. Saga customer services kept in contact on a regular basis from start to finish. Top class! Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
