First class!

First class service! Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service advisors. None are 'pushy' and all take time to explain everything. I've used Saga for a few years now, and I'm a committed customer. It's really good to know the head office is in Folkestone Kent - (great place to live, I know it well). Carry on as you are Saga!
