Review of the Saga, Car insurance:

Even when they make mistakes they rectify them very quickly.

I recently insured another car with SAGA . At the same my husband was scrapping 2 of his collection of Alfa Romeos.The mistake was in the end date of my car as opposed to the end date of one of my car> Police Scotland sent me a letter detailing that my car insurance had ceased. So my husband spoke to an assistant who recognised where the mistake had been made. He corrected it and sent out new documents and also a communication stating that my was covered for the insurance required during the false end date. He also sent a letter detailing the reason for the mistake and that my was indeed covered for the required insurance. As my husband worked within the motor trade prior to his retirement, he was a fleet manager and has experiences of dealing with such occasions. The SAGA assistant spoke to me initially and I gave my husband permission to clear up this issue. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021
