Cruise Insurance

Have used several times for cruises and the process is very easy as our details are saved in an account. Have been very helpful when P&O cancelled a cruise - let me transfer the policy to another cruise a year later. Have also had to cancel a cruise on medical grounds and claimed on the policy easily (although communication was poor and it took 6 weeks). Will be using them again for the future cruises we plan. Great value holiday insurance that actually pays out when needed

Very easy on line quotation process, great value for money and very quick availability of e-documents. Easy to obtain claim form on line when had to cancel holiday due to medical problem and no quibbles getting money back (although does take about 6 weeks) Reviewed on: 30th September 2021
