Cruise insurance experience

Have used them many times for cruise insurance and love that medical details are kept for next time saving ages having to start from scratch. I can then base the next policy on my previous cover very easily. Quotations are always competitive and any claims such as missed ports have been settled although that process is a bit laborious and very slow so patience is required! Have used GTG for many years (cruise insurance) and find it very easy to sort out a new policy based on information I've previously given. Claims have been settled satisfactorily albeit the process is rather slow. The cost of cover has always been competitive and cruise coverage very good. Reviewed on: 12th August 2026

Returning cruise specific insurance client

As a returning customer it is so easy to get a quotation for insurance. Always very competitive price and Paperwork is emailed to me immediately. Have had to claim for missed ports on cruise specific policy and these have been paid but the process is rather slow (about 6 weeks). Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

Cruise Insurance

Have used several times for cruises and the process is very easy as our details are saved in an account. Have been very helpful when P&O cancelled a cruise - let me transfer the policy to another cruise a year later. Have also had to cancel a cruise on medical grounds and claimed on the policy easily (although communication was poor and it took 6 weeks). Will be using them again for the future cruises we plan.
