Saga, a premium service for a bargain price

For over 6 years now I have used Saga. I made one claim for a damaged windscreen which was dealt with seamlessly. Any queries I’ve had or admin changes when we moved were trouble free and simple. The premium has gone up slightly and down a tad. There are cheaper premiums but I’d rather pay for what has, so far, been an excellent service. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

The rate offered are excellent.

The rate offered are excellent. It is simplicity itself to transfer funds albeit i have not yet attempted to withdraw funds. I am also looking at the current account but am still nervous using online banking with a bank still relatively unknown. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Easy enough to open an account - have just opened an...

Easy enough to open an account - have just opened an ISA today. Easy enough to contact and speak to a person. Struggled to find out how to link accounts and, did not find chat helpful, talking is best. Drawbacks are only down to caution and fear of using an entirely online service but this is good. Great product excellent value

Am in my 3rd year of Saga's car insurance, the price is right, the cover is comprehensive and the support staff helpful if needed. Don't see my self spending hours looking for an alternative insurer anytime soon. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021
