Intelligent Service

I spoke at length to an intelligent and knowledgeable agent, who answered all my queries succinctly and at length. I was impressed and am unlikely to forget the conversation. The only claim I've had to make was for a windscreen chip, which was handled efficiently as expected. Completely satisfied, which seems to be an uncommon thing these days!
