GENUINELY... PEACE OF MIND FOR YOUR PRECIOUS PETS HEALTH

Petplan is the ONLY pet insurance company I EVER recommend to anyone and having helped re-home over 4,000.00 dogs believe me I know all the heartache which will be avoided by not being able to choose to have a life saving operation for your precious family member. I was in that situation with another pet insurer who is still linked to a household name and they changed underwriter halfway through my beloved chocolate labrador's life. He had cover for life and tore a cruciate ligament. When i took up his policy which was cover for life which was not claim reflective. The new underwriter decided to replace the non claim reflective promise of the policy to claim reflective. Bruce's damaged cruciate on his back leg put strain on his undamaged back leg and as is quite common (unbeknown to me at the time) his other cruciate ligament tore so he needed further surgery on this leg .... a TTA this time ..... Bruce's monthly premium had been dramatically raised by the new underwriter and we were stuck as we could not move him to any other insurer. Thankfully we were so so lucky that we were able to move our two girls to the safety of Pet Plans Cover For Life as they had been so very lucky as to not have suffered any ill health...... I can not tell you how much Pet Plan means to me. The knowledge that if our pups need any medical help Pet Plan will be there and also give you the peace of mind that there will be no massive increases in monthly premiums if your pet needs help from a vet. Bruce's premiums ballooned each year we were so very blessed to be able to share in his life. His premiums with the other company increased to over £450.00 per month.... by which time the medications he needed each month were costing me just about the same amount and then............ I was informed that i was unable to make any more claims for any further surgery or help he may have needed for his back legs ..... this destroyed me....... i knew that if my precious little boy needed any more expensive treatment I had no way to help him........ my heart broke and every day I prayed to God that I would not have to make the choice to end his precious life early because I was unable to pay for any expensive surgery for him. The stress and worry literally took its toll on my own health. SO HOW CAN I EVER THANK PET PLAN....... A GENUINE INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH US ANIMAL LOVERS CAN RELY ON TO PROTECT OUR BELOVED ANIMAL FAMILY MEMBERS FOR THE WHOLE OF THEIR LIVES WITH NO HIDDEN OR UNEXPECTED CHANGES TO THEIR POLICIES. SOMEONE WE CAN TRULY TRUST WITH OUR BELOVED PETS LIVES. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021
