ace product at ace price.

Well, they insure stuff, they dont charge the earth, and its real people when/if you need to chat. Isnt that what its supposed to be ? I.E. They do exactly whats required without fuss. Personally, if other companies, from all activities, were this good things would be so much better. But thats a big ask I guess, turning off the twenty button answerphone and the "please see the website" auto chatbot and using actual people is a tough move to make. Especially, if you thought they were a good idea in the first place. I4M have pretty much nailed it for customer service. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021
