Excellent service

We have been with Petplan for many years with different pets. We have never had any problems. The claiming process is clear and simple. Constant updates on the progress of the claim arrive in the inbox and the payment is prompt. On the very few occasions when I have phoned Petplan, the staff have been very kind and understanding.
