HELPFUL AND PATIENT

On trying to sort my sons recent van insurance after he had initially completed the form incorrectly and then leaving his Mum to sort it! I had the pleasure of dealing with Complete Cover Group and spoke with Sophie. She was very helpful and understanding and went through the form with me having checked with my son. When we contacted the firm later in the day to make payment I spoke with a gentleman (I didn't catch his name) but he was also very courteous and apologised when I was kept on hold for a period of time. Although the insurance was a lot of money (not as bad as some quotes) I would recommend Complete Cover Group and will hopefully use them again in the future.
