Easy loan process

Don't like using loans but at times they are necessary, when I needed one rapidly when my car broke irreparably I had an answer and the loan within 48 hours. Simple process, pay by direct debit Couldn't be happier, unless I hadn't needed a loan in the first place!!!! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023

Easy application,

I've been very happy with one call insurance, the premium is very competitive, the website is easy to understand and the chat service is great, although the queues are very lengthy to actually get through, and the messages are long and drawn out due to, I'm sure, customer assistants helping multiple clients queries. very professional and good value

I joined one call insurance in April 2021, i had quite a few queries and they were very patient and arranged the insurance with no problems whatsoever and if i have had any queries they answer them on chat very quickly and efficiently. They quoted for my new car insurance and a mid term change which was very reasonable and the admin fees are fair nd not excessive, i would definitley recommend them Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
