I have held a flex direct account for many years.

I have held a flex direct account for many years. The online banking is easy to use, simple and quick to transfer money between Nationwide accounts and savings products. I feel it is safe and I like using the card reader provided when paying a new payee. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

User Friendly

The online experience is very good. Easy to navigate and find policy details and able to change details too. Used a comparison site to try to get a better deal but One Call we’re still much cheaper for the same level of cover. Recommended. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Review of the Staysure, Travel insurance:

Excellent Value

As we are planning to go away more next year and always in the U.K., we decided to take out an annual travel insurance policy. Stay sure were recommended to us so we looked at their website. We did not need cover for the EU as we only travel in the U.K. We were pleased to see that Staysure did offer cover for the U.K. only. Many other companies only offer full EU cover. The price was excellent and the offer was also for 15 months cover for the price of 12. The forms to complete online were easy to understand and payment was simple.
