Nice approach to the policy.

I cannot judge customer service because I've not need to contact them (so I selected Neutral). I've also not made a claim so I cannot judge the claims process. However, the policy/price and generic approach covering equipment up to a maximum value makes it easy to administer and changes to equipment part way through the policy term don't need to be updated provided I am still happy the amount of cover is still suitable. Good no nonsense cover!

Excellent cover for touring musicians. Provides decent level of cover at a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
